Exercise & Movement

The goal is not to exercise perfectly. It is to keep enough strength, mobility and endurance to do the things your life asks of you.

Choose movement you can enjoy, adapt and repeat.

What matters most

Build the useful basics.

01

Strength

Aim to challenge major muscle groups regularly and progress gradually.

02

Cardio

Build an aerobic base you can sustain, with harder work added when appropriate.

03

Mobility & balance

Keep the ranges of motion and control that make everyday movement easier.

04

Daily movement

Walking and ordinary activity still matter outside structured workouts.

Start here

Choose the action you can repeat.

You do not need to do everything at once. Try one of these for the next two weeks.

  • Choose two or three weekly strength sessions you can repeat.
  • Add easy-to-moderate aerobic work that fits your schedule.
  • Use walking and mobility as low-friction daily movement.
