Understand the evidence ↓Where it fits
The context behind the snapshot.
Protein powders are mainly a convenience tool. The more important question is whether your total daily protein intake fits your needs and activity level.
Supplements are most useful when they help meet an intake target, address a recognized gap, or provide an evidence-supported ingredient for a specific goal. They are less useful when they are being used to compensate for an otherwise weak foundation.
